Reduce your intake of bad fats.
There are two main forms of bad fats; they are called saturated fats and trans fats. If you eat too much saturated fat your total blood cholesterol will increase. On top of that your LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) increases as well. Saturated fats can be found in animal products and in some plant foods like palm oil and coconut oil. Trans fats can be found in margarine, ice cream, pizzas, doughnuts, deep- fried food dohnuts and so on.
Increase your intake of good fats.
Logically you have to increase your intake of good fats. There are two groups of good fats monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats can be found in nuts, olive oil, and avocado. Monounsaturated fats do help you to get rid of body fat. Polyunsaturated fats which are lowering your LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol. Foods rich in polyunsaturated fats are bananas, salmon, whole grain products and peanuts.
Eat protein rich foods.
It is impossible to gain muscle mass without eating foods rich in protein. Not only is protein the muscle builder activator but it is an important weapon if you want to lose body fat as well. Protein rich foods are beef, chicken, pork, salmon and dairy.
Getting a lean muscled body is not possible without good nutrition but on the other hand there are other factors to consider. In order to get huge muscles you should force them to grow. Doing the right exercises is also a factor that plays a major role.
